Le d\u00e9veloppement du logiciel libre est un ph\u00e9nom\u00e8ne mondial de travail collaboratif \u00e0 travers lequel des communaut\u00e9s d’utilisateurs et de d\u00e9veloppeurs de logiciels s’entraident pour produire des logiciels de qualit\u00e9. Ils contribuent \u00e0 r\u00e9duire la fracture num\u00e9rique dans de nombreux pays, en particulier dans le Sud.<\/p>
En ce sens, le Gouvernement s\u2019engage \u00e0 :<\/p>

Promouvoir l\u2019utilisation des logiciels libres au sein des \u00e9coles et renforcer la formation initiale et continue des enseignants en la mati\u00e8re;<\/p>D\u00e9claration de Politique Communautaire FWB 2019-2024, chapitre 13<\/cite><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\nL’enseignement hybride mis en place durant la p\u00e9riode de pand\u00e9mie de Covid-19 a oblig\u00e9 nombre d’\u00e9coles \u00e0 se tourner rapidement vers des solutions ferm\u00e9es qui ne respectent pas toujours les libert\u00e9s fondamentales des \u00e9l\u00e8ves et des enseignants. Cette p\u00e9riode touchant \u00e0 sa fin, il est temps que le Gouvernement mobilise les moyens n\u00e9cessaires \u00e0 la r\u00e9alisation de cet objectif de promotion des logiciels libres afin de ramener les \u00e9coles vers des solutions p\u00e9rennes et respectueuses des donn\u00e9es personnelles des \u00e9l\u00e8ves et des enseignants.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
