Les technologies num\u00e9riques \u00e0 destination des \u00e9l\u00e8ves d\u00e9gradent leurs performances, selon une \u00e9tude de McKinsey"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>\u00c0 des centaines de kilom\u00e8tres des discours actuels qui pr\u00f4nent la num\u00e9risation \u00e0 toute vitesse de notre syst\u00e8me d&rsquo;enseignement et la mise \u00e0 disposition d&rsquo;un ordinateur portable \u00e0 chaque \u00e9l\u00e8ve, <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/www.mckinsey.com\/~\/media\/mckinsey\/industries\/public%20and%20social%20sector\/our%20insights\/drivers%20of%20student%20performance%20insights%20from%20europe\/drivers-of-student-performance-europe-execsumm-french-vf.pdf\" target=\"_blank\">une \u00e9tude r\u00e9alis\u00e9e par McKinsey en 2017<\/a> m\u00e9rite qu&rsquo;on s&rsquo;y attarde un peu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cette \u00e9tude r\u00e9v\u00e8le, en effet, un ph\u00e9nom\u00e8ne qui va \u00e0 l&rsquo;encontre des promesses des promoteurs du num\u00e9rique g\u00e9n\u00e9ralis\u00e9:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\"><p>Partout en Europe, on rel\u00e8ve que certains outils \u00e9ducatifs num\u00e9riques, comme les ordinateurs portables, les tablettes ou les liseuses, semblent en r\u00e9alit\u00e9 d\u00e9grader les performances des \u00e9l\u00e8ves.<\/p><cite>https:\/\/www.mckinsey.com\/~\/media\/mckinsey\/industries\/public%20and%20social%20sector\/our%20insights\/drivers%20of%20student%20performance%20insights%20from%20europe\/drivers-of-student-performance-europe-execsumm-french-vf.pdf<\/cite><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p>L&rsquo;\u00e9tude poursuit en affirmant que ce sont les outils num\u00e9riques \u00e0 destination des enseignants (projecteur en classe par exemple) qui apportent le meilleur b\u00e9n\u00e9fice \u00e0 l&rsquo;apprentissage.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les auteurs de l&rsquo;\u00e9tude reconnaissent que l&rsquo;\u00e9volution rapide des technologies pourrait changer les choses. N\u00e9anmoins, a-t-on r\u00e9fl\u00e9chi aux impacts des technologies de l&rsquo;information sur les apprentissage ? Y a-t-il eu concertation avec les acteurs de terrain quant aux besoins r\u00e9els qu&rsquo;ils rencontrent ? Y a-t-il eu prise en compte des aspects \u00e9cologiques (autant d&rsquo;ordinateurs repr\u00e9sentent de colossales quantit\u00e9s de mati\u00e8res premi\u00e8res, de terres rares, et une consommation \u00e9norme d&rsquo;\u00e9nergie) ? A-t-on calcul\u00e9 le co\u00fbt b\u00e9n\u00e9fice\/risque ? Est-ce pertinent de consacrer des sommes \u00e9normes dans l&rsquo;achat de mat\u00e9riel qui pourrait se r\u00e9v\u00e9ler, au mieux inutile et au pire d\u00e9l\u00e9t\u00e8re, alors que notre syst\u00e8me d&rsquo;enseignement manque cruellement d&rsquo;enseignants et que ses infrastructures se d\u00e9gradent ?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Encore une fois, il ne s&rsquo;agit pas de faire le proc\u00e8s \u00e0 charge du num\u00e9rique \u00e9ducatif, mais simplement de r\u00e9fl\u00e9chir avant d&rsquo;agir, se poser les questions \u00ab\u00a0qu&rsquo;est-ce qui marche r\u00e9ellement ?\u00a0\u00bb, \u00ab\u00a0a-t-on besoin de cela ?\u00a0\u00bb, \u00ab\u00a0est-ce que cela justifie une telle d\u00e9pense ?\u00a0\u00bb<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>\u00c0 des centaines de
