L’\u00e9quivalent danois de l’Autorit\u00e9 de Protection des Donn\u00e9es belge<\/a> a d\u00e9cid\u00e9 de bannir Google des \u00e9coles. En effet, les CGU de Google Workspace stipulent que les donn\u00e9es personnelles des utilisateurs peuvent circuler vers un autre pays \u00e0 des fins \u00ab d\u2019am\u00e9lioration du syst\u00e8me \u00bb, l’APD danoise a ainsi estim\u00e9 que les outils Google (Gmail, Google drive ou encore Google docs) ne sont pas en mesure de respecter le R\u00e8glement G\u00e9n\u00e9ral de la Protection des Donn\u00e9es europ\u00e9en et que les donn\u00e9es personnelles des \u00e9l\u00e8ves danois ne sont pas prot\u00e9g\u00e9es. Nous osons esp\u00e9rer qu’une telle d\u00e9cision ne tardera pas \u00e0 \u00eatre prise en Belgique, voire pour tous autres pays europ\u00e9ens. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
