Parmi celles-ci, nous retrouvons une des plus anciennes: Educode. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"font-size:15px\"><a href=\"https:\/\/wiki.educode.be\/doku.php\/structures\/educode_asbl\">Educode<\/a> est une asbl qui souhaite informer, former et faire r\u00e9fl\u00e9chir aux d\u00e9fis li\u00e9s au num\u00e9rique, principalement dans l\u2019enseignement. D\u00e9fenseurs des outils num\u00e9riques libres, ils poss\u00e8dent un Wiki riche en contenus informatifs et participent depuis trois ans au cycle de conf\u00e9rence \u00ab&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/liguedesfamilles.be\/la-face-cachee-du-clic\">La face cach\u00e9e du clic<\/a>&nbsp;\u00bb. L\u2019an dernier, ils ont \u00e9galement collabor\u00e9 avec les \u00e9quipes de la RTBF pour <a href=\"https:\/\/wiki.educode.be\/doku.php\/numerique_et_enjeux_societaux\/hygiene_numerique_avec_educode_-_podcasts\">le podcast \u00ab&nbsp;Tendances premi\u00e8res&nbsp;\u00bb<\/a> afin de fournir une s\u00e9rie d\u2019\u00e9pisodes sur l\u2019hygi\u00e8ne num\u00e9rique.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Le manifeste  \u00ab&nbsp;Quel num\u00e9rique pour nos \u00e9coles, et pour les enfants?&nbsp;\u00bb<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-media-text is-stacked-on-mobile\"><figure class=\"wp-block-media-text__media\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"359\" height=\"242\" src=\"https:\/\/numethic.education\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/03\/flyer_promo_manifeste_recto-1.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-582 size-full\" srcset=\"https:\/\/numethic.education\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/03\/flyer_promo_manifeste_recto-1.jpg 359w, https:\/\/numethic.education\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/03\/flyer_promo_manifeste_recto-1-300x202.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 359px) 100vw, 359px\" \/><\/figure><div class=\"wp-block-media-text__content\">\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left\" style=\"font-size:15px\">Educode est \u00e9galement fort investi dans les \u00e9coles. Or, depuis la pand\u00e9mie du COVID (et de la strat\u00e9gie du choc<sup data-fn=\"af9a4bab-7cdd-4ca3-8bd5-396135102f65\" class=\"fn\"><a href=\"#af9a4bab-7cdd-4ca3-8bd5-396135102f65\" id=\"af9a4bab-7cdd-4ca3-8bd5-396135102f65-link\">1<\/a><\/sup> men\u00e9e par les g\u00e9ants du num\u00e9rique), penser l\u2019\u00e9cole sans num\u00e9rique est devenu obsol\u00e8te. Cependant, il reste de <strong>notre devoir de penser l\u2019\u00e9cole \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e8re du num\u00e9rique<\/strong>, d\u2019en baliser les usages et pratiques. C\u2019est ce qu\u2019entendent les auteur-ice-s du manifeste \u00ab&nbsp;<em><strong>Quel num\u00e9rique pour nos \u00e9coles, et pour les enfants?<\/strong><\/em>&nbsp;\u00bb, initialement publi\u00e9 aux Pays-Bas et adapt\u00e9 au contexte belge. Quelles y sont les grandes id\u00e9es d\u00e9fendues&nbsp;?<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"font-size:15px\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"font-size:15px\">Le point d\u2019attention principal est que <strong>l\u2019infrastructure num\u00e9rique ne doit pas se retrouver enti\u00e8rement dans les mains des g\u00e9ants \u00e9conomiques du num\u00e9rique<\/strong>\u00a0: les GAFAM. La premi\u00e8re raison est pour prot\u00e9ger les donn\u00e9es (n\u2019oublions pas que nous parlons d\u2019\u00e9coles donc majoritairement de mineurs d\u2019\u00e2ge)\u00a0: le flou existant autour de l\u2019usage de ces donn\u00e9es et la difficult\u00e9s d\u2019obtenir des garanties de protection sont des probl\u00e8mes cons\u00e9quents. La seconde raison porte sur le fait que <strong>nous formons \u00e0 des outils bien sp\u00e9cifiques<\/strong> \u2013 qui seront repris par apr\u00e8s par habitude \u2013 <strong>et non \u00e0 des comp\u00e9tences<\/strong>. A ce titre, on peut se demander s\u2019il ne s\u2019agit pas de publicit\u00e9 d\u00e9guis\u00e9e\u00a0!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"font-size:15px\">Alors, <strong>comment envisager un syst\u00e8me num\u00e9rique alternatif<\/strong>&nbsp;? Quels principes g\u00e9n\u00e9raux retenir&nbsp;? Les choix seront pos\u00e9s pour <strong>respecter la souverainet\u00e9 des \u00e9tablissements<\/strong> tant dans le d\u00e9veloppement de leurs outils que dans la gestion des donn\u00e9es qui y transitent.
